2. What Money Help AI provides

Money Help AI is a personal finance organization and planning service. Features may include bill tracking, paycheck planning, debt organization, savings tools, financial summaries, and an AI-powered coaching experience.

Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed as the product develops.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Money Help AI. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use accurate account information.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create a security risk.

5. Financial information you enter

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of bills, debts, income, due dates, balances, and other information entered into Money Help AI. The service does not independently verify user-entered financial information.

Money Help AI does not currently move money, make payments, negotiate debts, or act as a bank, lender, credit counselor, investment adviser, attorney, or accounting firm.

6. Money Help AI Coach

The AI Coach may generate summaries, suggestions, estimates, and educational guidance using information available in your account. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

AI responses are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit-repair, or debt-settlement advice. You should independently verify important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Money Help AI to:

• Break any law or violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automated systems in a way that harms or overloads the service.

8. Paid features and subscriptions

Money Help AI may offer optional paid plans or premium features in the future. Pricing, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to continue.

9. Ownership and limited license

Money Help AI, including its software, design, branding, text, and original content, is owned by Money Help AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful personal purposes while you comply with these terms.

10. Availability and updates

We work to keep Money Help AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, security events, or product updates may temporarily limit access.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Help AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that using the service will improve your finances, credit, debt, savings, or financial outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Help AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, financial losses, or decisions made in reliance on the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Money Help AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically practical.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Money Help AI evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice inside the service or by email. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
